Yeast Test

This is a test of 4 identical batches of cider. Each will be using 1 gallon of apple juice and a half cup of white sugar (1.06 OG), which should produce 7% to 8% ABV. Each carboy has a different kind of yeast. Muntons, Superior, Cooper's and Nottingham. These are ale and lager yeast.
